The CETO - CRM Engineering & Transformation Office Team is responsible for all Lifecycle processes and systems that are anchored on delivering the best customer and partner experience including Market-to-Lead, Order-to-Cash, Service Delivery, Customer Success to Support-to-Advocacy, Renewal to Booking, and key processes in the customer / partner journey.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Proficient in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and SOQL
- Experience with integration tools and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP)
- Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Basic programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or other relevant languages
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Implement and support Salesforce integrations with other internal and external systems
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components
- Develop APIs and integrations that connect various systems and applications
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to integration and API development
- Manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides
- Stay updated with the latest developments and features in the MuleSoft & Salesforce platform and integration technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
