Requirements
- Experience with Leading development of payment processing applications
- T-shaped development
- Performing business analysis to translate to functional requirements
- Documenting product and operations requirements
- Developing technical solutions for business and operations requirements
- Conducting functional and regression testing using IBM Z/OS Cobol, CICS, DB2, VSAM, MQ, REXX, and IBM Utilities
- Using CICS, DB2, and MQ to develop business online and batch application software
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions
- Collaborate with key business operations stakeholders, architects, and software engineers for strategic technology solutions
- Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices
- Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues
- Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications
- Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field of study
- 7 years of experience in the job offered, or as Software Engineer, Application Developer, Project Associate, or related occupation
