Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience with Analyzing business requirements via Excel/Word/JIRA/Confluence and translating them into software design via brainstorming sessions in Lucid, documentation in Confluence and prototypes in Java using IDE IntelliJ
- Implementing software solutions
- Designing scalable software solutions and microservices, leveraging industry best practices and design patterns in Java and Python
- Applying Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology for Unit, Regression and Functional testing
- Utilize advanced techniques to process large data sets using multithreading and multiprocessing in PySpark
- Advanced frameworks including Spring, Struts, Mockito, Jackson, Junit, TestNG
- Experience with AWS services (S3/Lambda/EKS)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement software solutions
- Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices
- Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules
- Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues
- Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions align to pre-defined architectural specifications
- Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows
- Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupation
