Exadel Financial Services needs to co-create transformation in banking and capital markets, delivering with precision and purpose. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining FpML-based solutions for trade capture, validation, and downstream processing, implementing and supporting STP, volatility publishing, static data synchronization, and related integrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in integration development
  • Strong expertise in middleware, Java full stack, UNIX/Windows, and SQL Server
  • Proficiency with messaging protocols (MQ, XML, FIX, SSL)
  • Experience with FX, Metals, and FX Options products
  • Solid understanding of E2E lifecycle for financial products (FX Spot, Vanilla Options, Metals, Exchange Traded Products)
  • API experience (FIX, XML)
  • Experience with cloud platforms

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain FpML-based solutions for trade capture, validation, and downstream processing
  • Implement and support STP, volatility publishing, static data synchronization, and related integrations
  • Document schema definitions, mapping logic, and transformation processes
  • Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code for integration layers
  • Build reusable libraries and resolve performance issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive solutions across the technical stack
  • Provide monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for integration workflows
