nCino is looking to modernize the mortgage process by building cloud-based applications that streamline lending operations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of software design principles and development tools, technologies (languages, frameworks, etc.) and domains used
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Vue.JS, React, Angular, Java, and/or Python
- Experience with web application development
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and testing
- Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience with client-side JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, Knockout, etc.
- Experience with SQL or MySQL
Responsibilities
- design, develop, and test cloud-based applications that streamline and modernize the mortgage process.
- Support product refinement process such as the creation of tickets and analysis for development work.
- Contributes to CI/CD process including Automated Testing and enhancing the testing coverage of their product.
- Mitigate future hygiene issues by consistently producing high-quality code
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance software development activities, including code generation, testing, debugging, and optimization.
- Apply AI insights to identify patterns, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall development efficiency and product quality.
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities where appropriate to strengthen product functionality and user experience.

- This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Lehi, UT office
