Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer/.NET Developer to support KITS and their government customer in Mechanicsburg, PA, by enhancing overall system performance and availability through the design, development, implementation, and sustainment of IT solutions.

- Must have Security+ CE Certification or approved substitute
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering expertise for the design, development, implementation, and sustainment of IT solutions that enhance overall system performance and availability.
- Develop, create, maintain, and write/code new (or modify existing) computer applications, software, or specialized utility programs in support of the systems.
- Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan the development of a new application or modification of an existing application.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design.
- Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program.
- Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design applications and to obtain information on project limitations, capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.
- Develop software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
