EcoCare Platforms (ECP) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and enhance its flagship SaaS platform, which streamlines operations, improves resident care, and fosters community engagement in senior living communities.
Requirements
- Proficiency with full-stack development using ReactJS and NodeJS (minimum 4 years)
- At least 2 years of experience with SQL databases such as MSSQL and PostgreSQL
- Experience designing and architecting scalable applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using NextJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, and PostgreSQL
- Contribute to the development of new features and applications, ensuring high quality and performance
- Design and architect new applications leveraging modern and cutting-edge technologies
- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team, promoting best practices in communication, code management, and development processes
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold coding standards
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into daily work
- Work with AWS-hosted codebases, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
Other
- 4+ years of software development experience
- Experience in a team lead and/or Scrum Master role
- Fluent in English with excellent grammatical skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Interest or experience in mentoring or managing engineering teams is a plus
