Requirements
- Strong foundation in Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres
- Proven experience building and launching a side project or startup product
- Hands-on experience writing OpenAI API requests (at work or in personal projects) — *must have
- Experience in high-growth startups or as a founding engineer ; exceptional candidates from Big Tech also considered

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core features of a next-generation AI-driven management platform
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to define product architecture and roadmap
- Write clean, scalable code across the stack (with a backend focus)
- Build and integrate APIs, including working directly with OpenAI’s APIs
- Launch new features end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment
- Contribute to team culture and help establish best practices as an early team member
Other
- 100% on-site in NYC
- 5–10 years of experience as a Software Engineer (full-stack or backend-leaning)
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in an early-stage startup
