Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production systems, with a strong DevOps mindset
- Experience building and supporting web and backend systems using modern cloud-native tools and frameworks
- Experience with infrastructure as code, automation, and driving platform-level improvements that support other engineering teams
- Experience with Terraform, TypeScript, NestJS, Node.js, MongoDB, Postgres, and AWS services like EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, scalability, and security
- Experience with asynchronous workflows and high ownership culture
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring reproducibility, security, and automation across environments
- Develop and support backend services using TypeScript, NestJS, and Node.js, interfacing with MongoDB and Postgres databases to ensure performance and reliability
- Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services like EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, and more to support application and platform needs
- Build reusable infrastructure modules and internal tooling to empower product engineering teams and improve development velocity
- Own the full lifecycle of platform features: from design and implementation to monitoring and supporting them in production
- Work in a globally distributed, 100% remote team with asynchronous workflows and high ownership culture
