GC AI is building an AI platform for in-house lawyers to improve their efficiency and provide better legal advice by leveraging LLMs, company knowledge, external sources, and internal tools. The platform aims to solve the problem of legal teams being overwhelmed with work, making sophisticated legal tasks simpler and more intuitive.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade web applications.
- Strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of React and frontend architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP).
- Track record of designing scalable backend systems.
- History of making architectural decisions that stood the test of time.
- Experience with modern ORMs (Drizzle/Prisma) and API design.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack features that blend elegant UX with robust backend systems.
- Architect scalable solutions across our entire tech stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js).
- Shape our technical direction, making crucial decisions about architecture and infrastructure.
- Build and optimize cloud-native systems using GCP.
- Mentor and uplift other engineers through thoughtful code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Drive innovation in both our codebase and the legal tech industry as a whole.
