Requirements
- Proficient in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases (Postgres/MySQL)
- Familiar with or eager to learn modern web technologies (Typescript, React, or similar)
- Comfortable building and maintaining integrations between software platforms and external systems
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations between Section and customer systems, including SAML SSO, data tools, and APIs
- Customize the platform to meet customer workflows and business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the platform and integrations
- Collaborate with product team to ensure customer technical needs are reflected in the product roadmap
- Write and maintain SQL queries and scripts to support integrations and platform functionality
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and translate them into solutions within the Section platform

- An early-career software engineer (0–3 years of experience) excited to work at the intersection of customers and engineering
- Curious, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot technical challenges independently
- Excited to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- BONUS: Experience working with enterprise customers, providing technical support, or configuring integrations
