Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
- Experience designing distributed systems and robust APIs at scale.
- Experience in payments, tax, accounting, or regulatory tech; background in infrastructure/platform engineering; experience scaling monolith-to-service architectures or event-driven systems; familiarity with GraphQL, Kafka, Terraform, or container orchestration tools.
- Strong product and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to balance performance and speed.
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
