Requirements
- 5+ years shipping production web products end-to-end (frontend + backend).
- Expert in a modern front-end framework (Vue or React) plus Node and SQL; comfortable across the stack.
- Shipped LLM-powered features (prompt/versioning, retrieval, basic evals).
- GraphQL/Swagger, background jobs/queues, eventing, observability.
- Security/privacy-minded development in enterprise contexts.

Responsibilities
- Turn rough ideas into working software in days, not weeks; take features from prototype to production.
- Design clean, scalable web UIs and wire them to well-structured APIs and data models.
- Build AI-infused product flows with guardrails and observability so they’re dependable at scale.
- Instrument everything (analytics, logs, alerts) and drive reliability, performance, and quality.
- Work across design, ops, and marketplace to ship outcomes, not just features.
- Talk to customers weekly; run lightweight experiments; double-down on what moves the needle.
- Improve the codebase: testing discipline, sensible abstractions, crisp documentation.
