Requirements
- 1+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience supporting and developing enterprise software that exceeds industry standards for security, accessibility and user experience
- Good understanding of and experience with triage, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software
- Knowledge of and willingness to adapt to our technology stack: AWS and AWS services including CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CodePipeline, CloudWatch; React, Node.js, CSS and HTML, C-Sharp, .Net, MSSQL, Power BI; Databases: Relational, Snowflake (Medallion Architecture)
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting skill
- Ability to drive results through your job competencies of collaboration, software programming and development, and technical problem solving while leveraging NAVEX’s core values
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Customer Support and other teams to investigate and solve challenging problems reported by our customers
- Participate in group triage, bug-fix and code review sessions, ensuring we provide quick, accurate and reliable solutions to our customers
- Partner with Product teams, ensuring detailed knowledge of new and existing features enabling us to be subject matter experts and deliver first-class support for our customers
- Provide constructive and honest feedback during triage sessions, code reviews and sprint retrospectives
- Analyze customer reported issues, and develop, document and validate appropriate solutions
- Occasionally meet with customers and/or third parties to deep dive on challenging problems
- Occasionally prepare and deliver knowledge and/or training to peers
