NAVEX is looking to solve challenging problems reported by customers and ensure quick, accurate, and reliable solutions are provided for their integrated risk and compliance management platform.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of software engineering experience
  • Experience supporting and developing enterprise software that exceeds industry standards for security, accessibility and user experience
  • Good understanding of and experience with triage, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software
  • Knowledge of and willingness to adapt to our technology stack: AWS and AWS services including CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CodePipeline, CloudWatch; React, Node.js, CSS and HTML, C-Sharp, .Net, MSSQL, Power BI; Databases: Relational, Snowflake (Medallion Architecture)
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting skill
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of collaboration, software programming and development, and technical problem solving while leveraging NAVEX’s core values

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Support and other teams to investigate and solve challenging problems reported by our customers
  • Participate in group triage, bug-fix and code review sessions, ensuring we provide quick, accurate and reliable solutions to our customers
  • Partner with Product teams, ensuring detailed knowledge of new and existing features enabling us to be subject matter experts and deliver first-class support for our customers
  • Provide constructive and honest feedback during triage sessions, code reviews and sprint retrospectives
  • Analyze customer reported issues, and develop, document and validate appropriate solutions
  • Occasionally meet with customers and/or third parties to deep dive on challenging problems
  • Occasionally prepare and deliver knowledge and/or training to peers
