Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Ruby, Rust, Python, JavaScript, C, C++, C-Sharp, or Java.
- Preferred experience in scripting languages such as Bash or Python, and familiarity with technologies like React, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and cloud-native platforms.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of system performance optimization, telemetry, and debugging tools.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable technical solutions across multiple GitHub services.
- Provide technical leadership through mentorship, code reviews, and pairing to foster team growth and maintain code quality standards.
- Own the health and stability of systems, including participating in on-call rotations and incident response.
- Create architecture proposals and conduct experiments to validate new features and improvements.
- Design and implement APIs that enable seamless integration between various software components.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, integration, and deployment processes.
- Maintain operational excellence and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security standards are upheld.

- 9+ years of experience in software engineering, computer science, or related technical disciplines, with proven experience in maintaining and delivering production-grade software.
- Alternative qualification: Associate's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Math, Physics, or related fields with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Alternative qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Alternative qualification: Master's degree in relevant disciplines with 5+ years of experience.
- Doctorate in relevant fields with 3+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
