The newly formed ASE Central Release Quality team needs to drive a global quality strategy for client and server releases, which involves defining KPIs, generating data-driven insights, and leading Executive Quality Reviews while supporting compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of Engineering Program / Project Management (EPM) experience, successfully delivering software and services through the entire project lifecycle.
- 7+ years working with cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple large-scale software development projects concurrently, ensuring alignment on shared technologies, technical deliverables.
- Extensive experience partnering with engineers & developers to drive SDLC change management, ensuring smooth transitions and seamless delivery.
- Proven ability to address technical challenges, working across teams to build and manage relationships, navigate delivery dependencies, and ensure project success.
- Experience with preparing and executing PCI, SOC2, SOX, or other compliance audits.
- Versatile problem solver with a strong analytical mindset, adept at tackling challenges in complex environments through creative and critical thinking.
- Skilled in deconstructing problems, resolving conflicts, and leading teams to innovative solutions.
