The client is seeking experienced software engineers to contribute development expertise to AI evaluation and improvement projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or Go.
- Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and agile development methodologies preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve real-world software engineering and algorithmic problems to assess AI reasoning and outputs.
- Develop clear, step-by-step coding solutions across data structures, APIs, debugging, and optimization techniques.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to software design principles.
- Collaborate with research teams to enhance AI understanding of code generation, problem-solving approaches, and real-world development workflows.
Other
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to document and explain code logic clearly.
- Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in your country or region of residence.
