Publix Super Markets, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to provide top-tier production support for inventory, fresh production, scales, and mobile applications used in their retail stores, ensuring smooth operations and resolving critical issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years software engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience working in SQL and/or C-Sharp
- 2+ years of experience in incident triage and coordination
- 2+ years supporting enterprise-level applications
- 3+ years of experience working with SQL and/or C-Sharp
- Experience with incident management software, such as ServiceNow
- Experience with modern data analytics tools, such as Splunk
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support contact for multiple Retail Systems applications
- Coordinate and manage business area incidents
- Escalate and follow up on critical production issues
- Participate in select development assignments
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and share updates
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Other
- hybrid position requiring 8 days per month on-site in Lakeland, FL
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
