Requirements
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- Experience building and landing services.
- Experience in an impactful development role working on technically-challenging cross-functional software oriented projects from inception to delivery.
- Experience with APIs and SDKs.
- Experience in problem-solving and technical innovation.
Responsibilities
- Create external developer facing APIs and underlying infrastructure.
- Identify, deliver, and land critical user journeys.
- Measure and monitor the impact of various features across the business communication ecosystem.
- Create better user experience by fixing critical bugs/issues raised by external developers (e.g., partners).
- Work with product managers, UX, developer relations, support, and engineering leads to deliver product/system metrics to help understand various nuances of the product.
