PNC is looking to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency within their DNA Artificial Intelligence group by developing and maintaining RPA solutions.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to streamline business processes.
- Provide operational support for RPA code and ensure smooth functioning of automation workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectivity, system integration, and automation failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support their automation needs and ensure successful implementation.
- Engage with vendors to coordinate support and resolve platform-related issues.
- Assist in production support activities, including monitoring and maintaining RPA bots in live environments.
- Integrate RPA systems with external applications using APIs and stored procedures.
Other
- The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.
- As a Software Engineer, you will also be responsible for serving as a mentor for other members of the team.
