Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce solutions aligned to organizational goals using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other platform tools
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure secure, seamless data flow and high system performance
- Customize and configure Salesforce, ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help drive iterative value delivery using Agile and LeSS methodologies
- Remain current on Salesforce trends, development practices, and platform advancements to proactively inform architecture decisions
- Ensure all code and configurations are clean, secure, testable, and maintainable; support automated testing efforts to maintain quality
