Responsibilities
- Ship production code weekly across Python, Go, and a React/Next.js frontend screening millions of candidates.
- Design and implement microservices for real-time ranking, interview analytics, and payments moving millions of dollars.
- Work closely with senior engineers to profile, test, and optimize LLM-powered agents.
- Collaborate directly with users to turn pain points into features, owning projects end-to-end.
