The Search Qualification Platform team is looking to build smart solutions that would radically enhance the search developer experience powered by Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). The team builds critical infrastructure and tools that empower 6,000+ Search engineers to develop and ship code with unprecedented velocity and high reliability using GenAI.
Requirements
- Experience programming in one or more of the following languages: Ruby, Python, Java, C++.
- Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) or Gen-AI tools to deliver productivity improvements.
- Experience with Model life cycle management.
- Experience with test automation development.
- Experience with Engineering Tools and Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build effective solutions to solve developer pain points for Search feature development.
- Lead technical initiatives, driving projects from conception to launch in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Search.
- Address technical problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of Search platform.
- Communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be willing to manage with ambiguity and learning new technologies
- Develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another.
- Work on a specific project critical to Google’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve.
