Requirements
- Knowledge of building and managing MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Knowledge of JSP web application development.
- Knowledge of developing Tele-form data collection systems using Visual Basic.
- Knowledge of developing HIPAA-compliant electronic questionnaire systems.
- Knowledge of Java application development with SQL database connections and Java hibernate mapping.
- Knowledge of Angular application development.
- Knowledge of building web applications using RESTful API.
Responsibilities
- Works effectively across the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements definition, prototyping, detailed design, coding, testing, deployment, and support of the day-to-day operation of production systems.
- Collaborate with technical staff, management, and business operations staff throughout all phases of the software development life cycle to deliver working solutions to complex business problems according to agreed upon timelines.
- Serve as a high-level contributor and an expert in software development skills and maintains understanding of the business domain.
- Implement and integrate new products, processes, methodologies, frameworks, and technologies.
- Provide guidance, input, and instruction to lower level technical professionals.

- This is a hybrid position requiring in-person presence once per month.
- Position may telecommute from any state in the United States except California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington.
