The Software Engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Oracle Field Service environment to support field operations and back-office functions by ensuring integrations, configurations, and compliance processes run smoothly.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands on experience with oracle field services, oracle integration cloud and cloud B2B service cloud
- Good understanding of DevOps and QA processes
- Ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and demonstrate proposed solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure OFS activities, resource hierarchies, calendars, routing profiles, quotas, and service request types.
- Maintain work zones, work skills, and properties to align with operational requirements.
- Oversee template and activity configurations to ensure consistent and efficient scheduling.
- Monitor and support integrations between OFS and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HR, or data warehouse platforms).
- Manage exception handling for work orders and service requests where automated release logic requires intervention.
- Ensure synchronization of units, inventories, and resource data across systems.
- Support data extracts and strategies for reporting and analytics, including handling of delta data.
