Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in problem solving, algorithm design, and model building
- Ability to debug hard problems and investigate root cause analysis
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLMs
- Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python
- Proven experience in LMM development, fine-tuning, and application building
Responsibilities
- Supporting ongoing development of our tools and systems for processing of feedback
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating algorithms and models to enhance the performance and capabilities of our systems.
- Monitoring pre and post-release public feedback to identify customer critical issues the field
- Investigating issues reported by our outside users through test reproduction, debugging, and diagnostics analysis
- Reviewing bugs and working with engineering teams to isolate and appropriately prioritize response
- Identifying trends and insights from large and complex data
Other
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related experience
- Industry experience in software engineering, data engineering, or similar
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
