Requirements
- Hands-on expertise in full-stack development, system integration, and performance optimization
- Strong background in building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
- Experience with Java, JSP, React, and Linux
- Familiarity with real-time data processing, event-driven systems, and low-latency messaging
- Knowledge of the FIX protocol and financial compliance frameworks
- Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools
Responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining backend services and APIs that work with trading systems, market data feeds, and compliance tools
- Collaborating closely with infrastructure, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and reliable deployment across environments
- Solving production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions to ensure system stability and performance
- Playing a key role in architectural decisions and code reviews
- Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that support real-time data exchange and financial transactions
- Deploying and optimizing applications in Linux-based environments
Other
- Degree qualified in a discipline related to Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- At least 6 years of experience
- Maintains certifications in programming and/or scripting languages
- Ability to work in a hybrid home/office schedule
