Worldpay is looking for people who are passionate about payments to chart its path to being the largest and most-loved payments company in the world. This role specifically aims to lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
Requirements
- utilizing software quality assurance using tools including TOSCA and RestAssured
- working with SAFe Agile methodology using JIRA, Confluence, and Rally
- working with Webservices and utilizing POSTMAN for backend and API testing
- utilizing SQL Server or Postgres and Cassandra and Snowflake database technologies
- performing test automation
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure their resolution.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, providing technical expertise and best practices.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation
- In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in the above listed fields and five (5) years of experience in the above listed skills.
- Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policy.
- When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
