Requirements
- Experience creating and implementing scripts, business rules, policies, ACLs and otherwise configure or modify ServiceNow applications to meet requirement
- Experience integrating third-party software and APIs with ServiceNow using REST and SOAP
- Experience coding in scripting languages (i.e.: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JSON or other languages used in ServiceNow)
- Four (4) years experience with ServiceNow Implementations is required
- Two (2) years of experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform is required
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification OR ServiceNow Application Developer certification is required
- Programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Debug existing software and correct defects
- Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
- Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories
- Applies knowledge of ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, CSM and/or Service Portal
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

- Top Secret SCI + Polygraph Clearance Level
