PNC is looking to solve complex business needs within their C&IB Treasury Management line of business by designing and developing software solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with UNIX and FreeDSB OS
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and support
- Hands-on experience with RIDS, RTB, ARS, and KOF applications
- Familiarity with Total Agility platform
- Proven ability to provide 1st level support for internal operators and peer users
- Experience managing and supporting servers at Lockbox sites
- Basic hardware troubleshooting and OS-level diagnostics
Responsibilities
- Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
- Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
- Writes code, tests and deploys software.
- Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
- Maintains and debugs software.
- Responsible for technical design and development within our C&IB Treasury Management line of business.
- Work with our testers to address bugs or defects and propose & design solutions.
Other
- The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.
- PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
- This position would require fluidity and flexibility, as this is not a role with specific guidelines where you will perform the same tasks on a day to day basis.
- As a Software Engineer Sr, you will also be responsible for serving as a mentor for other members of the team.
