PNC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the design and development of scalable applications, uphold engineering best practices, and foster continuous improvement, to deliver the best experience for PNC's customers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with .NET, Angular, C, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of TDD, BDD, and scalable application architecture.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, OpenShift, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Oracle, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Knowledge of scalable application architecture
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using modern technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring quality through TDD/BDD practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Participate in code reviews and promote adherence to engineering standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in code quality, performance, and development processes.
- Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
- Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
