Ramp is looking to integrate stablecoin-based payment and treasury systems to make financial flows faster, cheaper, and more accessible, addressing complex fintech challenges with new technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience with stablecoin technologies, blockchain-based payment rails, and/or wallet infrastructure
- Strong production experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or equivalent)
- Deep proficiency in at least one object-oriented or functional programming language (Python, Go, Java, or similar)
- A strong understanding of compliance, security, and operational requirements for financial services
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into reliable, high-impact technical solutions
- Experience integrating with external financial service providers and APIs at scale
- Familiarity with cross-border settlement, FX, or treasury management systems
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale Ramp’s stablecoin-based payment and treasury infrastructure
- Own the technical architecture for stablecoin money movement, from wallet infrastructure to fiat payment integrations, ensuring compliance, reliability, and security
- Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product flows
- Solve Ramp’s toughest fintech challenges with new technologies
- Collaborate with engineers across Ramp to integrate stablecoin capabilities into core products
- Contribute to a culture of technical excellence: code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring engineers across the organization

- Minimum 6 years of experience shipping high-quality architectures for critical systems preferred
- Passion for mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar across teams
- Background in highly regulated fintech environments (e.g., payments, banking, or government-compliant infrastructure)
- Relocation support to NYC or SF (as needed)
