Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is looking for a Software Integration Engineer to join their team to solve problems related to technology development lifecycle, system and software design, automation tooling, infrastructure improvements, and software integration for various host systems including aircraft software, simulated systems, and laboratory environments.
Requirements
- Experience with CI tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket
- Experience with automation tools and development
- Experience with Real-time simulation software development and integration
- Experience programming in Python
- Experience with debugging tools
- Experience developing software on Linux
- A strong interest in supporting software development for airborne systems
Responsibilities
- Developing, integrating, supporting, and debugging software
- Troubleshooting and supporting CI/CD build pipelines
- Supporting the virtual development labs and aircraft software processes
- Designing, developing and leveraging open-source, commercial and in-house software to support automation infrastructure
- Attending and participating in daily scrums, sprint reviews and technical demos
Other
- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance with an Interim Secret to start.
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
- The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
- Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
- Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
