Pilot is looking to hire an engineer for their Takeoff team to build products that enable customers to sign up for Pilot, onboard, and get value from Pilot from day one, ultimately providing small businesses with the financial superpowers of large companies through software at a fraction of the cost.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Able to write well-structured, well-tested, and maintainable code
Responsibilities
- Building, testing and deploying software in a continuous manner (we deploy daily or more often)
- Working with PMs and Product Designers, and participating in product and design reviews
- Creating and contributing to technical specs and testing/rollout plans
- Working with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure were solving the right problems
- Mentoring and sponsoring your teammates to help them grow
- Working across teams to shape the future of engineering at Pilot
