Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking to deliver high-quality, customized software to retail clients by ensuring robust test coverage across multiple customer projects for Point of Sale (POS) solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience applying test methodologies in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience setting up integrated test environments (hardware and software)
- Experience working directly with external clients
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology
- Knowledge of ACE/CHEC products
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an Agile test team to uphold and enforce testing best practices
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases; assist in defect identification, verification, and resolution
- Develop and update test plans tailored to project requirements
- Set up and configure test environments, including hardware and software installations
- Manage and track test equipment inventory (Toshiba and client-owned); coordinate procurement as needed
- Prioritize and manage test activities to meet project timelines and deliverables
- Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency and software quality
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to clearly present test status and issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Attend client meetings, provide on-site support when necessary, and ensure successful software deployment
