Requirements
- 4+ years building production UIs with React + TypeScript
- Expert‑level React internals and performance; profile and tune rendering
- Architecture: simple state and data flows; clear module/component boundaries; resilient error handling
- TypeScript + Tailwind mastery; responsive, accessible, polished UI
Responsibilities
- Design and style React components with care
- Turn ambiguous ideas into intuitive, polished experiences
- Proactively simplify flows, states, and edge cases
- Hold the bar on accessibility, performance, and craft
- Take initiative beyond the ticket and raise the bar through design docs, pairing, and reviews
- Craft components, layouts, and interactions
- Work closely with designers to implement and evolve design systems
