Offstream is looking for a software engineer with UX design experience to expand its engineering team and contribute to the development of web applications, physical hardware, and real-world infrastructure, aiming to rapidly grow the company and bolster the carbon removal market.

Responsibilities
- Spend 20% of your time designing user flows, creating mockups, and evangelizing UX best practices across the engineering team and company
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning/retrospectives
- Mentor and share knowledge with other engineers as the team grows
- Collaborate with the engineering team and other team members to understand product requirements and come up with effective technical solutions to build a great product for our customers
Other
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience, preferably at early stage startups
- Demonstrable design/UX experience either from a past career in design or product management, or a few years of front end focused software development
- Passion for startups
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- work in an office near union station 3 days per week
