- Identify patterns and build reusable systems to improve development efficiency and quality
- Perform technical deep dives and present findings to relevant teams and leadership
- Mentor and guide engineering team members to foster technical excellence and professional growth
- Promote best practices in code review, testing, deployment, and operations
