Requirements
- Experience working with generative AI.
- Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, APIs, scalability, and security.
- Often experienced in DevOps, CI/CD, cloud architecture (e.g. AWS)
- At least 8 years of experience working with Java/J2EE.
- Experience with Microservices, Spring Boot, Batch.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
- Experience deploying to and managing a Kubernetes environment.
Responsibilities
- Define system architecture and high-level design.
- Choose appropriate technologies and frameworks.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and robust software solutions.
- Design and develop microservices written in Java/J2EE with Spring Boot + JPA/Hibernate.
- Assist with deployment automation duties to build out a robust, scalable, and highly available ecosystem within AWS EKS. This is performed through the use of Helm.
- Work alongside other DevOps engineers to effectively strategize and implement capabilities that will improve our overall Automation posture across the organization.
- Operate, understand, and support the logging and visualization of log metrics through an ELK-like stack (FluentD, Opensearch, Kibana).

- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more technical domains.
- Lead high-impact projects or subsystems.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on requirements and feasibility.
- Mentor and support mid-level and junior developers.
- Influence broader engineering practices and technical strategy.
