Drata.com needs to be a high-converting, high-performing marketing site. The current process of achieving and maintaining a strong GRC posture is manual, redundant, error-prone, and unscalable, and the job is to build and optimize the marketing site to address this.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of web development experience, ideally with React & Next.js
- Fluency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and web performance best practices
- Experience with headless CMSs and component-based development, Contentful preferred
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics tagging, and experimentation tools
- Next.js (App Router)

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable UI components using React, Next.js, and Tailwind
- Support component design, content modeling, and CMS (Contentful) integration
- Implement tracking, analytics, SEO enhancements, and accessibility improvements
- Optimize site performance (Core Web Vitals), SEO, and page load speed
- Work with Vercel to manage preview environments and deploy new features quickly
- Run QA, testing, and participate in sprint planning and code reviews
- Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance component libraries and site infrastructure
