Requirements

- Experience and familiarity with the modern data pipeline and ML infrastructure ecosystem.
- Experience in the following areas: Search engines, sponsored search, contextual ads, performance ads, recommender systems, click predictions and ranking.

Responsibilities
- Be involved in the full array of xAI’s work, including ideation, experimentation, implementation, and operation of distributed systems, data pipelines and product features.
- Rebuild X’s core technology from first principles using xAI’s modern tech stack
- Develop large-scale distributed modern distributed systems with millions of QPS and deeply integrated world-class AI
- Transform X into the Everything App and build the operating system for humanity with Grok
Other
- 2+ years of industry experience working with large-scale, high-throughput distributed systems and/or data pipelines
- Strong communication skills
- Work ethic and strong prioritization skills
- Located near the Bay Area or open to relocation
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree
