Salesforce is looking to build the future of the new Salesforce Ecosystem, specifically the AppExchange team, to help build the next ecosystem for Salesforce's ISVs (partners) and distribute diverse applications by partners around the world to all existing and future Salesforce customers.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years in a software architecture role working on enterprise-scale, mission-critical systems
- Experience with automated E2E testing frameworks
- Ownership of the whole software development lifecycle, including service ownership, familiarity with CI/CD approaches, and experience supporting and troubleshooting software in production
- Conversant with Salesforce Platform features and best practices
- Experienced in developing and maintaining packaged solutions
- A strong desire to learn technology and a polyglot attitude
- A commitment to quality, stability and performance
Responsibilities
- Create and own the end-to-end architectural designs for complex new features and services
- Define and drive the long-term technical vision and architectural roadmap for major product areas
- Drive technical excellence for our full-stack technologies, focused on customer experience, extensibility, developer productivity, scale and performance
- Collaborate with senior leadership, product managers, and Principal Engineers to translate product requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions
- Ensure architectural designs align with business objectives and enterprise-wide technology standards
- Collaborate with Architects across the platform to craft a vision and execution plan to improve, expand and scale the entire application lifecycle experience of our ISV partners
- Lead others to deliver new and improved solutions for our customers
