Requirements
- Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms
- Experience working with analytics/reporting tools
- Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines for highly selective, technical, or academic talent
- Analytical thinker with a process-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of full-life cycle recruiting with a strong exposure to software engineering hiring
Responsibilities
- Design effective interview processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders on updates to evaluation processes
- Utilize in-house tools (Greenhouse, Gem, or others) to monitor and improve pipeline metrics
- Leverage data to identify drop-off points or inefficiencies and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Manage all aspects of the offer process
- Partner with Recruiting Coordinators on design and execution of a highly efficient interview process
- Build strong relationships with interns and support programmatic elements
Other
- 3+ years of full-life cycle recruiting with a strong exposure to software engineering hiring
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Estimated base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per year
