Responsibilities
- Defining initiative scope, goals, and milestones, developing detailed project plans and identifying critical dependencies across different teams.
- Leading and facilitating communication between teams, product management, design, quality assurance, and other LOB stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to proactively address issues that could impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Allocating and managing project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology.
- Monitoring project progress against key metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and taking corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
- Regularly communicate program status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Possessing an understanding of relevant technologies and testing methodologies to make informed decisions regarding technical feasibility and trade-offs.
