Qorvo is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to work on Design Automation and High-Performance Computing applications, developing custom Python applications, and providing comprehensive support to internal customers.
Requirements
- Experience with SQL databases
- Good Python/C++ programming capabilities
- Familiarity with version control utilizing Git
- Strong familiarity with the use of IDEs for development and troubleshooting
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data-structures
Responsibilities
- Creating custom Python applications
- Development of integrated GUI’s
- Software API call analysis and benchmarking
- Writing and maintaining unit tests
- Determining operational practicality
- Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems, or issues
- Planning and writing efficient, well-structured code following documented best practices

- Degree: Computer Science (College of Engineering)
- Length of internship (9 months availability: Full time first 3 months, part time last 6 months)
