Vendra is building an AI-native manufacturing marketplace to transform how companies get custom parts manufactured, aiming to become the go-to platform for engineers needing parts made. They help companies get critical hardware built in the US through smarter supplier matching and automation.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping real software through internships, startups, open-source, or university projects
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or Javascript
- Familiarity with tools like Cursor and Claude Code
- Exposure to AWS, Docker, GraphQL, or VespaDB
- Experience building physical things (hardware design, testing, validation, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features that power sourcing workflows for advanced customers
- Contribute to backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and system integrations
- Work directly with the founders to understand and automate real supply chain problems
- Help scale our infrastructure and internal tools
- Learn fast and ship fast in a high-trust, high-impact environment

- Vendra is ITAR registered and works on federal and defense programs.
- All employees must be US citizens located in the US.
- This will be a 3-6 month internship, and may be converted to a full time position at the end of the internship.
