Collins Aerospace is looking to solve complex challenges in secure communications for military forces, including designing and delivering cutting-edge embedded communication solutions, software-defined radios, advanced networking, and state-of-the-art cryptographic systems.
Requirements
- Some experience with C or C++
- Some experience working in a Linux development environment
- Exposure to or coursework in embedded software development
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
- Knowledge of multithreading
Responsibilities
- Contribute to design and development of embedded software solutions and communications products
- Support team activities such as requirement generation, software implementation, test case development and verification efforts
Other
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Active and transferable U.S. Government Department of Defense Clearance (Secret or above) is preferred
