Collins Aerospace is looking to solve complex problems in aerospace and defense, specifically in the development of sensors for commercial, military, and business aircraft, and is seeking a software engineering intern to contribute to this effort.
Requirements
- Understanding of embedded software (i.e., bare metal software development)
- Full V-model development
- Reading hardware schematics
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
Responsibilities
- Focus on one or two projects that can be completed through the summer
- Participate in team meetings, discussions, and project reviews
- Sit directly with software engineers and participate as one of the team
- Develop software download tools
- Create pressure voltage simulators for HIL testing
- Develop automation tools for test stations
- Read hardware schematics

- High School Diploma or equivalent
