Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join their Protected Communication Systems (PCS) Software (SW) Engineering Department. The intern will participate in collaborative, cross-disciplined integrated product teams, employing agile software development techniques and tools to plan, design, develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions. This role aims to contribute to the development of technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry, supporting customers' toughest challenges and evolving market demands.
Requirements
- Software development experience (i.e. internship, co-op, or other work or academic project experience).
- Experience with C++ or JAVA.
- Candidate should be proficient with general purpose computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Software life cycle, Agile development, and/or configuration management experience.
Responsibilities

- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
