Requirements
- Motivated to accomplish big things while demonstrating the upmost level of integrity
- Curious to seek out new experiences, knowledge and feedback
- Insightful and interested in analyzing information and suggesting new possibilities
- Preferably has previous internship experience and passed at least one actuarial exam
Responsibilities
- Uses and learns applicable programming language(s) and writes code
- Uses and learns industry standard software engineering tools
- Implements functionality on top of existing patterns and approaches
- Works alongside the IT software engineering team and get mentoring from senior engineers
- Learns about the team’s role in the value chain within the business unit
- Completes a summer long project and presents to executive leaders
Other
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must not require sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future
- Must be available to work from May 2026 through August 2026
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid work model
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
